In 2021, Julia Nimchinski broke Justin Michael’s brain on this crazy scheme to have sellers doing marketing drills and vice versa in a simulation with VCs. What’s more, what would it take to build the world’s 1st GTM Community?

A star was born. Enter HYPCCCYCL & “GTM Games.” Go-to-Market Cross-Training had never been done before. Even Forrester Analyst Mary Shea remarked, “Why hasn’t anyone thought of this?”

How it’s Going

After holding 150+ GTM Games and working with over 300 GTM executives, partnering with 70+ sponsors (like 6sense, Metadata, Outreach, Drift, Gong, ZoomInfo, ConnectAndSell, Chili Piper, Regie, Reprise), the writing is on the
wall for a new style of far more interactive virtual events that elevate traditional,
stale webinars in B2B.

Luminary coaches have included Sangram Vajre (GTM Partners), Sydney Sloan (SalesLoft), Aaron Ross (“From Impossible To Inevitable”), Kevin Dorsey (Mentor, 500 Startups), and VCs like Kelly Ford Buckley (Edison Partners), Sean Sheppard (GrowthX), Doug Landis (Emergence Capital), and Jim Wilson (Costanoa Ventures).

History in the Making

Julia invented a new category called “customer-centric events” that spotlights the customer as your event’s hero in stark contrast to the industry’s preoccupation with vendor executives rattling off a canned script to a ghost town. Our philosophy is: Why not captivate your audience instead of holding them captive.

Courses typically only give you 20% of knowledge retention. Can this be changed?
